TERMS OF PURCHASE
All orders placed are processed in the order they are received, in order to continue our efforts to ship same day, orders must be received before 3pm. Orders should be entered on the website. If you are calling in an order, please have your order ready with the correct and current item #’s. Same day shipping is always our goal, but not guaranteed.
FREIGHT: $0-$174 split freight, $175 – $350 flat rate of $10.00, 350+ Free Freight
CREDIT CARDS: A 2% fee will be charged on all Credit Card Transactions.
ACH: ACH Payments are accepted with no processing fee
BACKORDERS: We DO NOT do backorders; Items will need to be re-ordered. *Show Orders/Early Buy programs will be backordered.
NON-TAXABLE: NTTC Form for resale must be on file with the NM TAP (If in New Mexico) or sales tax will be added to invoice.
BAD CHECK FEE: $25 will be charged to account for any returned checks, subsequently ACH or credit cards will be needed to process future orders.
RESTOCKING FEE: 20% will be charged on any item returned and must be approved in advance. Nothing with any markings whatsoever can be returned, including adhesive from removed tags.
DEFECTIVES: Will be replaced only, credit will be given only if item is no longer available. Replacement items will be billed, until defective product is in our possession.
LIVE BAIT: We guarantee our live bait, if we do our job, UPS does theirs, and you do yours
by making sure someone is there to receive the shipment. In this case, the bait
should be fine. If you freeze or do not refrigerate the bait that is your
responsibilIty.
Live Bait does not ship out on Friday or the day before major holidays.
PRICES: Prices are those in effect at time of publishing. They are subject to change
without notice. Any pricing changes will be reflected at riolado.com
LATE CHARGES: 2% per month late charges will be added to past due invoices.
LIABILITY: I assume no liability of any kind for merchandise sold. Most all manufacturers carry product liability insurance. Please contact them directly if anything occurs.
“WSL”: While Supplies Last. Items are discontinued and will not be restocked once gone.
2025 SHIPMENT CALENDAR
We ship with UPS and our pickups are Monday -Friday; live & frozen bait ships Monday-Thursday only. Some areas are now on limited delivery schedules. If you are 2 days to receive, or UPS does not run in your area on certain days, your order will be held until worms can be delivered. The warehouse is not open on the weekends, but you can place orders via riolado.com to ship on the following business day. UPS does not pick up on major holidays. Below we have listed holidays we are closed and important shipment dates for worms and tackle.
